I have never skied.

your goal :

• You would like to familiarise yourself with the equipment and the environment, feel confident and be able to glide down gentle slopes in a snow plough

I'm going to learn :

• To put my skis on and take them off.
• To slide down on a nursery slope with the ability to stop naturally.
• To change directions on flat ground.
• To have a good balance whilst stepping from one ski to the other.
• To snowplough.
• To take the ski lifts.
