Level Ski children - FLOCON

I have never skied and I am over 6.

I'm going to learn :

• To know all about the equipment and to put my skis on and take them off.
• How to use the ski-lift.
• Control my speed and the slide snowplough.

Test ESF : FLOCON

• The tests ESF "Etoile" are held on Fridays during the lessons.

Assessment :

• Ski down an adapted course linking 7 to 8 snowplough turns ended with skis parallel.
• Basic straight running plus balance exercises whilst skiing a gentle slope such as hopping
• stepping and riding over little bumps
