To guarantee security, the quality of our teaching, and the pleasure of skiing, the ESF  SERRE CHEVALIER BRIANCON will respect the 6 of the following :

1°) Limited number of people in group lessons for skiing and snowboarding

• Group of 10 : The group lesson of 10 will be limited to 10 persons
• Group of 6 : The group lesson of 6 will be limited to 6 persons
• All children (until Gold Star level included) will wear a tabard indicating their group level.
• If, for two consecutive lessons there are more children in a group, the ESF will refund those lessons to all participants.

2°) Improve communication between parents and instructors

• The ESF undertakes to improve contact with parents and in order to do so, the ski instructors of children will be available :
• The morning : the ski instructors will be always at the start point 10 mn before the beginning of the lessons !
• For the other lessons : 15 mn will be provided between each lesson to allow the ski instructors to have some times to meet the parents.
• The afternoon : at the end of the lessons, the ski instructors will take the necessary time to answer questions of parents.

3°) Make security a permanent issue

• The ESF of SERRE CHEVALIER BRIANCON  will do all that is necessary to get the children back in time.

4°) Dedicate a special area for children where they can learn how to ski from 3 years old

• The ESF welcome children from 3 years old in a child friendly environment called the Jardin des Neiges (Mini-Club Piou Piou). The "jardin des neiges" are equipped with one conveyor-belt
• The "jardin des neiges" are open all winter season and are equipped with snow canons and an indoor heated space with toilets.
• The size of the "jardin des neiges" are proportionate to the number of children and allows the instructors to have different activities for the children to participate in

5°) International teaching

• The ESF of Serre-Chevalier BRIANCON will provide lessons for groups in English or French.
• For the various choices of options of the privileged skiing, the lessons can be given in the following languages: : French, English, Italian, Spanish, Danish, Dutch, and Russian (in function of the availability of the instructors).

6°) Respect of the time table

• The ski instructors of the ESF SERRE CHEVALIER BRIANCON will respect the time table of the lessons the way they have been sold.
• Every morning the ski instrcutors will be present at the meeting point, 10mn before the beginning of the lesson.
• 15 mn will be provided between each lessons to allow the ski instructors to respect the start and end times of lessons.
